When to Take the Survey

  • Every class section includes an End-of-Course Experience Survey, which opens one week before the end of the parts of term. Reports are made available to faculty the day after grades are due.
  • Faculty teaching longer parts of term may also use an Early Course Experience Survey, which begins at the end of the first week to gather feedback on expectations and potential challenges.
  • Courses in the longest parts of term may also include a Mid-Course Experience Survey to gather feedback and address student concerns during the course.

Anonymous Responses*

Your identity is recorded to comply with state law requirements, but is never disclosed to your instructor. Additionally, survey results are not released to faculty until after final grades have been submitted.
