Dr. Williamson is a respected leader, instructor, and administrator with success in budget management, grant development, strategic planning, accreditation, curriculum and program development, and community outreach. She holds a doctorate in English Literature and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Dr. Rhonda Bell

Dr. Rhonda Bell

Provost, Central Campus

Dr. Bell is dedicated to supporting student success and recognizes the transformative impact of community colleges. A proud San Jacinto College alumna, she earned a Certificate of Technology in Vocational Nursing and an Associate of Arts before completing her Ph.D. in Nursing Science at Texas Woman’s University. Prior to becoming Provost, she served as Dean of Health and Natural Sciences, where she played a key role in launching the college’s first baccalaureate degree in nursing and strengthening healthcare pathways through strong industry partnerships. Her work centers on expanding student opportunities, meeting workforce needs, and cultivating high-performing teams.

Christian Bionat

Mr. Christian Bionat

Vice Chancellor, External Relations
Mr. Bionat joins the College from the Greater Houston Partnership where he served as Vice President, Public Policy & Advocacy. He developed and executed comprehensive advocacy strategies, collaborating with policy experts, industry partners, and regional coalitions with substantial economic impact for the Houston region. Bionat holds a master’s degree in public administration from Penn State University.

Dr. Allatia Harris

Vice Chancellor, Strategic Initiatives
Dr. Harris works with business and industry leaders to align the College’s workforce programs with industry needs of the greater Houston region. She also serves with local organizations that increase opportunities for San Jac students. Dr. Harris holds a doctorate in educational administration from the University of Texas.

Mrs. Carin Hutchins

Vice Chancellor, Fiscal Affairs

Joining San Jacinto College in 2020 as associate vice chancellor, Mrs. Hutchins has more than 20 years of fiscal affairs experience in higher education, specifically at community colleges. In her role, she leads several College departments, including facilities services, contracts and purchasing, safety and risk management, budgets, accounting and financial services, and the police department. Mrs. Hutchins holds a master's in business administration from the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dr. J. Aaron Knight

Provost, South Campus
Dr. Knight is a recipient of the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development Excellence Award for teaching and has a demonstrated commitment to building pathways to advance students’ success. Dr. Knight holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Texas A&M University at College Station.

Dr. Alexander Okwonna

Provost, North Campus
Prior to being named as Provost, Dr. Okwonna served as the Dean of Natural Science and Health Science. A transformational leader, Dr. Okwonna led curriculum and instruction strategy. Dr. Okwonna holds a doctorate in pharmacy from Texas Southern University.

Ms. Sandra Ramirez

Vice Chancellor, Human Resources, Organizational and Talent Effectiveness
With more than 20 years of experience, Ramirez oversees all aspects of human resources, including organizational development, talent acquisition, employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and records management. Ramirez holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.

Mr. Rob Stanicic

Vice Chancellor, Technology Initiatives
Through his leadership, Mr. Stanicic has improved the College’s digital presence and technology through the revitalization of the College’s contact center, online student services and information systems, classroom technology, and underlying technical infrastructure. He holds an MBA from Oxford University.

Dr. Christopher Wild

Dr. Christopher Wild

Provost, Generation Park Campus

Dr. Christopher Wild is an award-winning educator, leader, and trained scientist with a proven record of advancing student success and driving regional workforce innovation. At San Jac, he has served as a faculty member, department chair, dean, and assistant vice chancellor. He has led initiatives ranging from founding our Undergraduate Research Center to establishing San Jac as a national leader in biomanufacturing through the Center for Biotechnology. He holds a doctorate in pharmacology, with a research emphasis in medicinal chemistry, from the University of Texas Medical Branch.
