SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
The 2025 Mind Trekkers Adventures in STEM Festival is a two-day event (Mar. 13-14)
that allows sixth grade middle school students to interact with, explore, and view
demonstrations of fast-emerging science, technology, engineering, and math activities.
On Thursday evening, Mar. 13, families from the greater Houston area are invited to
attend the free family night open to all ages. Each year, the event sees nearly 6,000
sixth graders participate, with over 500 attendees for family night! Be a part of the action. Here are the different sponsorship levels through which you can partner with us to
make this event a reality.
Visionary Level: $10,000
- Company name and logo on promotional outreach information for the 2025 Mind Trekkers event
- Company name and logo on specified digital signage throughout the building for the entire two-day event
- Exhibitor’s experiment booth in prime location
- Space for a self-provided company banner
- Recognized as Visionary Sponsor at event
Innovator Level: $7,500
- Company name and logo on promotional outreach information for the 2025 Mind Trekkers event
